Held at the Istanbul Expo Center on September 16-18, 2026, the Metal Expo 2026 International Iron, Steel Products and Production Technologies Exhibition created a safe and efficient trading environment for global steel industry professionals. Welcoming a total of 215 exhibitors from 8 countries, the exhibition created a strong commercial environment for the iron and steel industry, proving that the manufacturing sector maintains its importance in the supply chain. By welcoming a total of 14,885 professional visitors in 2026, it once again emphasized the commercial importance of Türkiye and Metal Expo in global markets.

 With 2,232 individual global visitors—attracting 48% more visitors compared to last year—the exhibition shows that the importance of Türkiye and Metal Expo in the future of global trade continues to grow.

Among the exhibitor profile sought by visitors, Steel Traders stood out with the highest percentage of 43.74%, followed by Steel Service Centers at 40.68%, Pipe/Profile Manufacturers at 39.53%, and Steelmills/Rolling Mills at 36.95%. Additionally, stainless and galvanized steel product groups, as well as technology and equipment categories such as robotic systems and cutting machines, stood out as other critical focus areas that attracted intense interest from attendees.

When analyzing the working sectors of the visitors, it is observed that a significant portion operate in core manufacturing and industrial sectors such as Mold/Machining (18.18%), Machinery Manufacturing (18.15%), Construction/Building/Prefabricated (17.82%), Automotive/Defense/Aviation (14.22%), and Industrial Plants (14.16%). This wide diversity proves that the exhibition brings together professionals from many different links of the industrial production chain.
